We Love Pets!

Live comfortably in our pet-friendly apartment homes in Katy, TX.

Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet.
Breed restrictions apply and include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, St Bernards, Great Danes, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, and Standard Poodles, unless proper documentation is provided in advance that the pet is a service animal and reasonable accommodation has been requested.
An additional deposit and fee will be required for animals accepted within the accepted weight limits.
A pet agreement on file is required.

Life would not be complete without the love of animals. We offer pet-friendly residences and a great bark park for you and your furry friends to romp around in. There are some breed restrictions so please read our pet policy and give us a call so that we can answer any questions that you might have. You and your pets will have a purrfectly wonderful new home here at Mason Park.
